We’ve been keeping busy around here! Thankfully, not too busy! These are mostly from the weekend as I got busy and forgot to do a wrap-up post. I’m also a bit behind on our “The Four of Us” pictures!
Last Friday night we went to some Friday night football festivities at a local school. Actually, the high school Brent graduated from, Jenks. Afterwards, we went with some family to a local pizza place. It was a lot of fun and delicious, Upper Crust. Brent snapped a few pics with me and my little loves. It was a bit dark so we decided for the flash, which made our eyes glow, ha!
Sweetest little boy ever….
Saturday we went to Brent’s sisters and watched football and ate yummy food most of the day. It was rainy and cozy. We may have also watched the Saved By the Bell Movie, ha!
We ran to the store on Saturday and I played Stronger by Sara Evans on my phone (onto the car speakers) because I love to listen to Sloane sing it. When we got to the store, it was still playing. I put my phone in my purse and unbuckled my seatbelt. Brent was going to sit with the kids in the car. Sloane said, “Mommy! leave your phone!” Umm, never would have thought of that! The song would have cut off had I taken my phone with me. Knox and Sloane looooove them some music!
I was secretly trying to record her, but I didn’t know that the music would cut off if I trurned the video on. Oops, mommy! She yelled, “turn it back on!” haha
Knox took a late nap on Sunday and did not want to wake up. He came down and laid in the floor. I laid down by him and rubbed his face and hair. It was so cute because Sloane laid by me and did the same thing. I had the iron on so I got up and came back to find her tickling his toes. She really wanted him to get up and play 🙂 #twins
I’m a sucker for getting the kids things at the store, but I’m pretty good about holding off if they are with and they don’t really beg. Brent, however, is a sucker. He can’t say no and they always come home with things when they go to the store with him, haha. Sloane came home with a Minnie purse on Sunday and Knox came home with Rubble from Paw Patrol He’s really into Paw Patrol and it’s so cute how much he loves these little pups. He got Chase from his birthday. He sleeps with them and before nap, he sings Paw Patrol, Paw Patrol, always on the double… over and over. So cute.
Knox also requested pistachios while at the store. Her and Knox love them!
