This is another super easy meal and all things I had in my kitchen already!
Ever since I discovered this ravioli, I’ve been buying it quite a bit. Which, that is nice for my tastebuds, but probably bad for my waistline, haha.
I love the combination of pistachios and dried cranberries. In fact, I like dried cranberries combined with any nut. I just think the flavor is good together!
I just cooked the ravioli then put a little olive oil, Parmesan cheese, pistachios, dried cranberries and salt & pepper.
Of course my ravioli was gluten free, so it kind of appears different in color, but you can use any ravioli you would like!
