This is day 25, of my 31 Day of Food series, and I’ve probably only day about 10 posts, oops. Hey, at least I’m not completely giving up 😉 Turns out this month has been crazy busy, but I can’t wait to share with you all exactly why 😉 You can see what I’ve posted on the other days at the bottom of THIS post! My mom has been making banana bread for as long as I can remember. I love it and I can honestly say I’ve never had one that I thought was better.
We have yet to try this in a gluten free version, but I’m thinking this holiday season we will. I’ll let you know what we come up with! We always tend to make this more during the holidays, as these pics were from a few years ago.
