Obviously I do not believe a dish has to be beautiful to be pretty 😉
I’ve done this recipe with cream cheese and onions as well. If you aren’t a big mayo person, definitely use less. I use Spectrum and I don’t think it’s quite as “strong” tasting. Also, you can cut this recipe in half if you want a larger portion. It’s a great appetizer dip for entertaining. I won’t lie, these days, I can eat it with a spoon. It’s low in carbs and gluten free 🙂
Before I had to start eating gluten free, I typically ate this with Wheat Thins or something of the sort. I eat it with Van’s Multigrain now and I really like the combo.
