3-in-1 Spring Outfits

So, with spring approaching I have been going through my closet and debating what items I'm looking forward to wearing! I'm ready for more pastels, that's one thing I do know.

My go-to outfit right now is leggings! No, that's not really an outfit, but it's easy to make an outfit with. No, I don't claim to be able to pull off leggings as pants, so I do always have my toosh covered by my top. You're welcome. I just think leggings are quite versatile. This winter, I've been wearing them with sweaters, sweatshirts, tunics and jackets.

I was thinking about how I could pull some of my leggings into spring in order to make a few different types of outfits. I wear them around the house, to play dates, to dinner and, well the list goes on. I think they are great to wear with heels, boots or a flat.

I'm loving these chevron leggings from ShopSosie and even though they are a darker color, they can be paired with lighter items for spring! Lighter in color and fabric.

These three outfits use the leggings, but pull off completely different looks! I'm a jewelry girl so I always think jewelry and shoes tend to set the mood for your outfit as far as where you are wearing it to.

These are all looks I definitely plan to wear as we transition into spring! Are you as ready as I am for spring?

While on the topic of clothes, I wanted to mention that I recently tried the Tide Pods!

I'm a bit particular on washing most clothes, and Knox & Sloane's clothes, but I've been using these with mine and Brent's whites and I can definitely tell a difference! They seem to be getting cleaner and brighter, which is also important for spring and summer!

So many things I wash on delicate with special soaps, dry clean or hang to dry, but with whites I want to be able to machine was them and dry them. I've always done whites on warm water, sometimes hot, and I think the Tide Pods really worked well with this process. I didn't have to fiddle with soap and any mess it may create. Using these, I also select the double rinse option on our washer, in order to be sure I've washed all of the detergent out.

Tide has stated that the Tide Pods get more stains out that SIX cups of a normal detergent would. (Based on stain removal performance of one pac of Tide Pods vs. 6 doses of the leading liquid bargain brand base variant in a standard top loading machine.) That kind of jumped out at me. Who wouldn't want that? Also the 3-in-1 chamber cleans, brightens and fights stains. It's the only 3-chamber unit dose on the market.

They are small and easy and hopefully they will keep brightening my whites so I can keep wearing them many different ways!
