Six Years! :)

Six years ago Brent and I tied the knot :).......

We've officially been married six years and together ten!

I'm thankful God put Brent in my life. I had no intentions of going to college and meeting someone right away, let alone, "the one." I did, though, and he makes my heart happy everyday.

We were together four years before we got engaged and I wouldn't have changed a thing. I loved our wedding day and it was definitely my fairytale wedding. I probably wouldn't have picked the dress if it were today, but looking back, the dress was something that wasn't all that important to me. Saying "I do" was :)

It was the most perfect fall day and we were surrounded by family, friends, love and beauty.

Our first dance was to Van Morrison's Into The Mystic.

We had an amazing honeymoon in St.Lucia :)

We had no idea what God had in store for our first six years of marriage. It's been an amazing six years. Our days have been been filled with laughter and love. Unfortunately, we've also felt excruciating heartache, with the loss of Cohen. God has blessed us with three beautiful children and I know that is part of our story.

We aren't perfect, but we work through things. We talk. We understand each other. We listen and learn.

I'm thankful for each and everyday I have with someone I truly love.
