Stuffed Pork Chops

Just kind of made this one up!

6-8 1″ center cup chops without bone
Tony Cachere’s Seasoning
1-1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
6 green onions chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper
1 Tblsp. Dijon mustard
Whole Milk

Make slit on inner side of pork chop to form a pocket-like opening. Do not cut through all the way through. Sprinkle chop inside and out with Tony Cachere. Mix remaining ingredients, using the milk to create a consistency that will hold the filling together. Stuff pocket with filling. You can keep it together with toothpicks or tie with butcher string. Place on shallow pan covered with foil and light spray of oil.   Set oven on 350 and bake 20 minutes on each side.
You could also pan sear in skillet 5 min on each side for browning before baking.

Parmesan cheese may be good if you are wanting cheese :)

We ate ours with fried cabbage. Recipe here. So good.

Yum! That looks sooo good! I've done something similar with chicken, but I've never thought of using pork chops, great idea, I will definitely have to try this :) I'm a new follower and am enjoying your blog. Can't wait to read more, have a great weekend!
