Ten Months!

Knox & Sloane are TEN MONTHS old today. Ten months. That is getting ridiculously close to one year old.

My sweet babies are growing up so fast.

I love the baby stage so much. It has extremely hard, stressful moments, but I just love their little personalities and discoveries. So amazing.

Both babies are crawling so fast, standing up holding onto things and walking up and down the couch, while holding on. Any day now, I expect steps! 

They are both very interested in everything and we literally chase them around the house.

Knox's skin is pretty much 98% better. SO thankful. 

As you can imagine, picture taking is getting tricky....especially to have them in the same shot.

Sloane,

You are SO sweet and funny. Seriously, you will smile at the drop of a hat for your daddy or myself.

This month has been so much fun.

You now have FOUR teeth! Your little gummy smile is still gummy, but the teeth are coming!

Your hair is definitely growing. We are still surprised it it's so lighter than we expected. You have a serious widows peak that we are trying to train to go to one direction, haha.

You can be so bashful. It takes you a bit to warm up to other people, especially men. You will throw your head into my shoulder with a big grin.

You act like Elton scares you, but then you crawl as fast as you can to chase him.

Your giggle is HYSTERICAL. You giggle like a big girl and it doesn't take much to get that out of you.

You randomly laugh for no reason and think it's so funny. We do, too.

You are saying mama and dada.

You hardly complain or fuss about anything, which is awesome, but lately, you don't like being in the car all too much.

You are good about sharing. If you take a toy from Knox, he screams, and you hand it right back. So nice of you.

You will eat ANYTHING. There really hasn't been anything you do not like. Last week, you were weighing in at 18lbs8oz. Chubby little girl. You are about in the 35th percentile.

You hold your bottle on your own, but at night and in the morning you let daddy or I give it to you.

You love jumping up and down in your bed and laughing. You will do it non stop, for no reason at all.

You make the funniest faces.

Knox,

Sweet Knox. You are now our firecracker, but you are unbelievable sweet.

You will cuddle or lay your head on our chest and it just melts our heart. We want you to do that forever.

I'm pretty sure one can look at you and tell how sweet you are.

With that being said, you can get upset very quickly. If Sloane takes a toy or you can't have something you want, you scream and cry, real tears, immediately. It's sad, but we are hoping it's just a phase.

You kind of army crawl. You drag one leg most of the time, but you are super fast.

You love chasing Elton and giggling at the same time.

You now have SEVEN teeth, almost eight! Lots of teeth and they are SO funny. You love showing them, especially for the big camera.

You are pretty picky when it comes to food. I think it's texture, but you get ticked if I don't give you something you like. You mostly like cheese, toast, ground turkey.

You, too, love jumping and laughing in your bed. You jabber a lot as well. I know you are just trying to talk to Sloaney, but she is quite the little log when it comes to sleeping.

You smile at other people pretty quickly. It's a very contagious little grin.

You love to hear your toys squeak.

You started chewing on your bed rails and your grandpa put some protective teether things things on them.

You love when your daddy and your grandpa hold you. You like them to walk you around the house and show you things. 

I THINK you've said mama, but mostly you just squeal and jabber and act like you are talking to us and Sloane.

We love you guys so much! You bring us SO much happiness.

You both come first and we wouldn't have it any other way.

This month, you've made us laugh and smile more than last. How is that even possible.

We truly believe you two are the most beautiful 10 month olds we have ever seen.

This month, you went to Cohen's birthplace and celebrated his second birthday. It was so nice to have you guys by our side.

*A few things real quick!
