I'm so very, very grateful to be a mother. I never knew what I wanted to 'be' besides a mother and I'm forever thankful that God has given me three of his angels. Though one of them isn't here with us anymore, Cohen truly made me a mom. His brother and sister make me more of one everyday.
I'm also forever thankful to my mom for bringing me into this world and showing me an amazing example of what a mother is. She has jumped leaps and bounds to do everything she can for me, and her grandkids, and I'm very lucky to have her as my mom!
These moments, when I held my babies for the first time, are ones that I will never ever forget. I can't explain the feelings they gave me. I still can't believe three babies; three precious faces.. I still can't believe I had to say goodbye to one either :(

ReplyDeleteHappy Mother's day! I just recently ran across your blog. I gave birth to B/G/B triplets February of 2011 at 32w6d. My daughter was still born. I think about her alot, Especially on days like these. The Lord has blessed me with three children, I just have to wait a little while before I get to know her in heaven while I raise my boys here on earth. It is definitely hard to say goodbye but our children are such a blessing! Hope you had a great day today. I look forward to following your blog ;)
