Seven Months :)

Knox & Sloane turned seven months old on March 19th. I know, I'm a bit delayed getting this post up, but I did take the pictures and type most of it up weeks ago. I want to make sure to do these each month so they have a little letter from us and so we can look back on them :)

I'll probably do the eight month post later tonight or in the morning ;)

You guys have been SO fun this month!

Both of you have such different personalities and we laugh so much at how funny you are!

You no longer want to leave your monthly stickers on for very long, which is fine. They last all of about 30 seconds on your shirt. You are both smiling more for my bigger camera, although Sloane seems to be our little poser.

Knox,

You are SUCH a sweet little boy! You love to cuddle and lay on your daddy's chest. I'm fairly certain it may be your favorite thing to do.

You really enjoy watching Baby Einstein. The puppet that sticks it's tongue out made you jump and it was so funny. I don't think you think I saw it happen.

You aren't to keen on Sloaney touching you just yet, but I think you've gotten a bit better!

You got a big tooth up top this month and it is SO CUTE!

You can do a fierce cry REALLY quick when change happens. If we sit you on the floor, cry. If we put you on the changing table, cry. However, it doesn't happen all the time, and when it does, it's only for about five seconds until you adjust then you are usually a happy little guy. It's something about change.

Your giggle is really the funniest thing I've ever heard. I love it so much. You will laugh so hard at both your daddy and I.

You are still so ticklish. I'm sure we make you pee your pants when we tickle you, but it's just SO funny.

We are still having some issues with your skin, but it comes and goes.

You get fixated on stuff and really like to check things out.

You are definitely a little rough like a boy when it comes to playing with your toys.

This month, we think you had a reaction to peas. We took you to Urgent Care and they got it cleared. No more peas for now.

There really aren't many foods you don't like, but yet you are still our little bean. The doctor said we need to add some good fat to your diet, so we will be working on that!

You are dragging yourself around and love to bounce up and down.

You are such an easy going guy and we are thankful you've gotten better at your carseat. You don't seem to mind it.

You are also starting to share your smile when other people look at you. I'm sure their heart melts like mine.

We love you SO much. More everyday!

Sloane,

You are such a funny little dumpling! You are ALL GIRL!

You are petite and already seem so lady like. You cross your leg at the ankle and are very gentle. Knox bangs toys and you lightly play.

You are working on getting some teeth in.

Your eyes are so bright and blue and you've learned to bat them at your daddy quite well. You are also giving us the funniest little grins.

You are eating really good but you make extremely funny faces with the first bite. You are really wanting to feed yourself with your spoon, which can make for quite a mess.

You have the cutest little chubby rolls still. 

You are typically pretty independent, although I think you started with a little separation anxiety when I walk away. It doesn't happen all the time. You love to play with your toys and chew on things.

You are also getting very interested in grabbing anything you can reach and touch when we are holding you.

You really want to play with your brother, but he's still a little bit hesitant. I think he just doesn't want to be too rough.

You are on the verge of crawling. You are mostly dragging right now. Neither you are your brother want to sit in your boppy loungers anymore. This is a bit bittersweet as I know you are really getting big!

You still take a paci, but only in your crib for bedtime and naps. We keep one with us on the go in case you get fussy or are teething.

You will giggle at the drop of a hat. I can just look at you and you will start laughing. It's hilarious.

You are such a joy and I'm certain a princess in the making. We wouldn't have it any other way :)
