If you enjoy blogging, reading blogs, Facebooking, Tweeting, Pinning, Googling, and so forth, I suggest you fight for your rights….now.
I’m not usually one to get very political, but really, this is part of my freedom of speech. However, it turns out, the U.S. Congress is trying to take it away.
Basically, they are trying to censor the Internet. From what I’ve gathered, it would make all the things above difficult or perhaps even in impossible.
I often think, what would I do without my iPhone? But also, what would I do without the internet? I’d be fine, sure, but it’s something I’ve come to know and really enjoy. Who wants that taken away when there is no need?
The internet is honestly a second hand teacher. Sure, not everything is correct, true or legitimate, that you read on the internet, but a lot of it is. I’ve learned a lot and I’ve met so many amazing people. Social media is part of today’s economy. So, not only would this be taking our freedom of speech and connecting away, I’m quite certain there would be another spiraling downfall.

You can sign a petition through Google HERE.
