My favorite thing....

in the whole wide world is hearing these giggles.

(Knox starts laughing really hard towards the end of the video;)

These were both taken last night. After my shower, yes, haha (per my post yesterday.)

Disclaimer: It looks like we are hoarding Pamper's boxes. We are not. We are still hanging things and putting the nursery together so right now, the camera monitors and such are on the top of them until we get them on the wall.

Also, yes, we have a blanket hanging on the window. Actually we have a brown sheet that shows on the outside of the house and a blanket that we can see in the room. Awesome, huh? I'm working on the curtain and blinds situation.

Today at work it was bad. Today at work there were three little ones who's cancer came back. Today at work we had 4 consults for families who have children with a new cancer diagnosis. Today at work we used radiation to treat a baby with a wickedly vicious brain tumor that caused seizure after seizure after seizure. Today at work it SUCKED! My heart is full of joy after listening to your babies laugh over and over and over again. It was a precious balm to this nurse's very weary soul to hear the joyful noise of two perfect and healthy babies. It was wonderful to see such happiness on the face of two young parents so clearly in love with their miracle babies! Thank you for this lovely close to such an awful day! Please pray for these families!

I would've never noticed the items in your disclaimers had you not mentioned them! I totally feel for you in trying to get situated. We moved one year ago when I was 28 weeks pregnant and it took almost the entire year we've been here to get things situated. Thankfully, since I had 12 weeks before my due date, I was able to get all of our curtains ordered / modified as needed / hung before baby arrived. But her room wasn't even fully finished until she was 6 months old. It's a process and you clearly have your priorities in order since you're busy spending time being a mommy and wife and not focusing on needing to get everything done right away. These baby days will be gone so quickly and you have years ahead to make your house perfect. So keep doing what you're doing and keep sharing those adorable giggles!
