Knox & Sloane are seven weeks old today!
It’s been a fun, but trying week! They are doing great, but have been a bit fussy as they grow and have digestive changes!
They had been eating and pooping at the same time…too much info? haha. Well, now, they are having a hard time doing both. That also comes with some really nice diapers, ha! These things and a few other things are pretty typical changes for this time in their digestive system. Thanks, Moms On Call 🙂
They are sleeping great. They had one day where they didn’t want to nap as much, but they slept great that night. Last night, they went to bed at 8:30, fed at 2:45sm and again about 7am.
Last weekend the twins went to their first birthday party. Their cousin, Paxton, turned a year old 🙂
Some of our family took the car seat pics..I borrowed 🙂
After the party they had tummy time…
but they were pooped, so just cuddled really…
This week, their expressions and attitudes are really coming out!
I think it’s funny that by the looks of Sloane from the front, you wouldn’t think she has much hair. The girl has some hair! haha Maybe it will grow in the front soon 🙂
She snagged herself a sweet little razorback bow from Turtle Feathers! Isn’t it cute? I love their bows!
Knoxy got himself a new friend, Mr.Frog. I picked it up at Stein Mart when I got the buffet lamp. It makes paper sounding noise. He’s really been gripping lately (my hair) so I thought it would be good for him 🙂
Knox man has been a sleepy head this week. He falls to sleep before I put him back down for his nap; he falls to sleep when getting burped; he falls asleep during tummy time. I thought he looked so cute sleeping on his blanket, on his tummy, that I let him sleep part of his nap there. The picture on the left might be one of my favorites.
The twinks have been sporting their Halloween outfits you saw here this week. They like them 🙂 They are easy to zip up and their daddy likes that.
Sloane still has a hand up on the chubbiness so some of her bigger clothes are starting to fit. Her daddy calls this her clown gown, haha.
This picture cracks me up. It looks like they are looking at something so interesting when really, they just love looking out the window…
These also make me giggle. Knox looks so annoyed. I reminded him he had his frog, so he kind of just grabbed it and turned over.
Knox has been making grins and funny faces. Love them.
Brent and I really feel like they are in between diaper sizes. The newborns are too snug and the 1’s just seem too big. We may try out some of the other boxes we have to see what brands fit differently.
Elton is doing great with the babes. He just kind of hangs out when we are with them.
Knox is still moving a ton in the crib, in his swaddle. We can move them on completely opposite sides of the crib, and Knox still gets to Sloane 🙂
