Sorry I've been a bit MIA. We have had a busy, sometimes emotional, mostly good, and a little rough past few days! The rough part is when I nearly fell and broke my toe getting out of the shower last night. More on that later. Right now, I want to talk about something much more important!
Brent and I have a good friend named Jennifer :) She had a blog for a certain period of time..and maybe I can talk her into another one...soon :)
Tonight, Jennifer brought a gift that her parents got for Cohen. While, in Florence, her parent's got him a hand embroidered blanket. They then took it to Rome and had it blessed at St.Peter's Basilica. A prayer was also said for Cohen.
What a wonderful blessing! I'm pretty sure Brent and I both about cried. It is such a special and thoughtful gesture, and we are so grateful to have people like this family in our life! They have truly been so kind to us! LOVE the blanket!

I love that blankets are something Cohen will always be able to have close to him while in the hospital. When I get to Dallas, I will start sleeping (gently) with this blanket some as we have been told it will be best for Cohen to have my scent close to him at all times :)
Cohen is, has and will be receiving and having so many blessings surrounding him. We wish we could thank each and every person out there for caring, praying and thinking about Cohen. We GREATLY appreciate each and every blessing!
