A fun weekend :)

Happy Monday :)

Gosh, I did NOT want to get up this morning!!! We had a great weekend that went by too quickly!

Friday night, hubby and I just laid around and relaxed! Watched our Friday dose of 20/20 & Dateline.

Saturday we hung out at home for a bit and then went to eat coneys :) They were also complimentary coneys. Lucky for us, we have a connection ;) After coneys, we ran a few errands. After 2 1/2 years, we still don't have our TV hung above our fireplace where we would ultimately like it to go. We've decided to get a little, inexpensive piece of furniture for it to go on for the time being. No luck in the hunt, but it will continue. It was quite a a rainy, yucky day. When we got home, we laid around and watched this....

If you know my husband, he is ALL about the 80's. He loves the movies & the music. He had me to watch The Legend of Billie Jean. It kept my attention but it was DEFINITELY cheesy!!

I looked over and found Elton, not watching the movie. Yes, he is sleeping.

I'm pretty mad at myself for not taking ANY pics Saturday night :( We went and hung out at Brent's sister with our nieces and nephew, Brent's parents, brent's two older brothers and their families, and Kyle, Jessica & Lucy! We had quite the get together and it was so much fun. We didn't get home till about 1am because of this game....
It was my first time to play and it was lots of fun! "The who said what game"....



Sunday morning, we worked on Cohen's room for a bit :) After lunch, I went to watch this princess while her momma went to a baby shower.
Once she woke up, we came to my house to see Uncle Brent and & Elton and then we went to a football party. I really have no preference in football teams besides the Razorbacks and sometimes the Cowboys as I'm from Texas. We were among quite a few Vikings fans. The party was at one of Brent's older brother's house. Once again, I took a few pics when we arrived and then didn't take anymore :(

Hubby made fillet nachos! I didn't take step by step pics because he did them once we arrived to the party. I'll post recipe on Sugar and Spice soon. They were yum!

Beaux would watch some football then fall asleep.

I could NOT keep my hands of these!!! I'll be working on getting the recipe! Peanut butter & chocolate heaven!

I hope you all had a great weekend!!! I'll be playing catch up a bit this week as I have posts from my birthday and a sushi cooking class coming! I also HAVE to do my giveaway! I bought the stuff probably 5 months ago!

Tonight, we are heading to Jessica & Kyle's to eat pizza & watch The Hangover :)
