A Funny Christmas Party

On Friday night we attended a Christmas party. There is a story behind the party. Last year, there was a get together for my sister-in-law's birthday. Unfortunately, Brent and I were out of town and missed it. At the party, a group of guys brought some girls that no one knew. Well they began talking and being rude to people. Needless to say, a fight broke out. Yes, a fight. Our group of friends that we knew at the party are in no way, shape or form...fighters. Let's just say these girls had quite trashy tendency and no classy ones. They began throwing punches and taking their tops off. To poke fun at the situation the couple that hosted the party now hosts a trashy Christmas party in honor. It's called "Rumble at the Brumbles" :)

So, it's option to wear normal clothes, trashy clothes or funny Christmas clothes. The party was a lot of fun. I actually lasted until about midnight before I was ready to crash. It was also my first time to wear heels in about 4 months so that really wore my back out. Hubby definitely went ALL out in his Cousin Eddie appearance. Yes, I kind of freaked out when I saw his shaving job. Luckily, his facial hair grows back quite quickly...though he did sport it the rest of the weekend...Here are some pics I snapped....

flip cup is big at parties around here. I must admit it is quite fun. I don't even like beer and I will play. Of course, I don't right now... I enjoy my apple cider and water :) I snapped some funny pics of the flip cup game...

This was definitely a fun party. Something else funny happened at the party. A lady walked in and I kept thinking to myself how familiar she looked. Well, I finally told her she looked familiar but I wasn't sure why. She asked me if I ever went to the urgent care. I was like "OH MY GOSH....You are the doctor that cut my wedding rings off!!!"...yep, she said oh that is right, how is your hand?! HA.. it is fine...no pain currently. I did gain a new ring though :)...No pain, no gain, right? haha

Saturday night, we went to Lucy's first birthday party. SO FUN!!! Jessica decorated everything SO cute and Lucy was the happiest little birthday girls! Pics coming soon!!
