Weekend & Monday recap :)

Hi all :) First of all, thank you all so much for the SUPER sweet comments on my new ring! I'm glad you all love it as much as I do! I still keeping looking down and thanking hubby :) I am just going to have the one ring and no band. The camera I used was my Canon G10. I messed with the settings quite a bit but the close up in focus ones are probably set on "macro"..which is the little flower on Canons.

The best part of this past weekend was indeed getting my ring. However, we had a lot of fun spending time with friends, family & one another :)

Our friend, Jen, is going on vacation for a few weeks so I got a group of people together for dinner so we could see her before she left. We went to a restaurant called "Biga"..and it was yum! I had eggplant. I LOVE eggplant! The guys did not want to be photographed but here is a pic of us girls...:)

Saturday morning, I went over and watched the girls(aka my nieces for new readers) for a few hours while their momma worked! We played and watched cartoons..




After I got done with the girls, hubby and I hung out. We went and got Elton food, went to Logan's so hubby could eat some wings and then to pick up my ring! :) After, we met Morgan and the girls at the movie. We saw the Time Traveler's Wife :) I REALLY liked it. It was quite sad but good! Rachel McAdams is really my favorite. Taylor slept through the whole movie (which we knew would happen ahead of time) and Tatum watched it with only a few questions and then she just kind of hung out, haha. After the movie, hubby and I laid around for a little while. About 8pm, Kristen called and asked us to meet her and Judd for dinner at Ricardo's...yummie Mexican food! Micah and Spencer also came.

I know this post has a lot of little ones it in..can't help it! They are quite a part of my life! Meet Walker....

Our good friends Andra & Roy welcomed Walker into the world about 3 weeks ago and last night we got to meet him :) They joined us with another couple over at Morgan & Curts' for dinner. Isn't he PRECIOUS?!

Last night it stormed loud ALL night. I LOVE storms but it is SO hard waking up the next morning. I just want to stay snuggled in bed. I had a breakfast I was hosting for work so I left early to pick up Panera. I love getting a pack of their bagels in assorted flavors. They also have nice & convenient carriers for orange juice & coffee.

I spent a lot of time emailing and on the phone day with doctor's offices regarding my skin. I've made cds with pictures on them and typed up my medical history. I have a friend that went to medical school here and is now in Tennessee. She is wanting to help me, which is nice. I'm ready to have this thing figured out and taken care of!

Tomorrow I go in for my hysterosonogram. Today, my nurse said if everything looks good, this is the last month I will have to be on birth control! That is very exciting! Prayers are welcome for a good & healthy looking uterus, haha!

Hubby is at the gym, well probably on his way home, and I am getting ready to cook dinner. Practical Magic just started and the dryer just buzzed. I love Practical Magic. I better get going. I think I'm going to make another ground turkey/red pepper recipe tonight! Hope y'alls week started out good!
