A quick note :)

Hi all! This will be short and sweet. In the last 24 hours hubby and I have been in Oklahoma, Texas and Louisiana. We are currently watching SNL in our hotel room in Shreveport. We just had one of the most delicious meals EVER!! A place called Ernest's. Yum! Brent told me it was Elton's (our dogs) mother's day gift to me! :) Very nice of him because people who havent left for vacation wouldn't spend $200 on dinner the night before they leave!! SO worth it though.

Last night we had dinner with my parents for mothers day. It was nice spendinf a few hours with them. My dad is retiring next month and we are all excited! Today, my bestie, Katie, had her baby shower! It was wonderful! Still crazy baby Molly will be here so soon! I can't wait to meet and love on her! Luckily, we won't live far apart :)

I've still not mastered this blogging on my iPhone thing. I feel like this post has taken me forever! As far as reading others, I don't know how to scroll down on the update feeder thing. I got lots of sweet comments from people at Katie's shower regarding my blog! I'm glad you all enjoy. Thanks for reading and it was good to see you all :)

To those of you who have commented or emailed with questions, I'll get back to you when we return from Mexico! We fly out at 6am so I need to get to sleep!!! To those of you who are mommies, have a happy Mother's Day!!! I'll be praying still for those of you who want to be mommies!!
