So tell me you've watched or seen the previews for the new reality show known as "The Cougar"...yes, the slang term for an older attractive female, I suppose? (to a man)...
The creators of the Bachelor came up with this show. There is a 40 year old lady looking for the love of her life. Yes, she is indeed going on dates with guys younger than her daughter. I know they say age is just a number but I must say, this just doesn't seem right! I will admit, husband and I stumbled upon the show last night. My favorite part: "the final rose ceremony"...however, there is no rose giving. She calls the guys name and they walk up to give her a kiss. If she kisses them on the lips, they stay. If she turns her head and makes them kiss her cheek, they leave....REALLY!? Yes, I'm sure we will continue to watch it and be amused. If you all wondered if "The Bachelor" creators/family were struggling...I think this is a clear indication of just that. And here she is...THE Cougar...or of this season anyways..
On to a new and AWESOME show! Anyone watch Harper's Island? Last week was episode one and tonight two. We caught up and watched both. REALLY liked it. We both kind of like scary or suspenseful shows/movies, and this was just that! There were one or two cheesy scenes but overall, it kept me anticipating what was about to happen. It comes on CBS, Thursday nights..check it out!

Gosh I'm so jealous! I love television, but living over here, we really don't get to see any of those shows! So I just have to live through my wonderful blogging friends!
Harper's Island sounds like an awesome show, I love anything scary!

I know, that cougar show sounds really dumb. I have never heard of the other one. I will have to check it out. You always know the coolest shoes and movies. Thanks!

lol at the cougar show! sounds so dumb, lol! and I meant to watch harper's island and didn't! i'm glad it's good, I am going to DVR it for the rest of the season!
yikes. is it absolutely sick to watch her with all the young guys???? and about the other show...i've seen previews (during y&r of course!) and wondered if it was good. may have to try to catch up and watch it. isn't it only a mini-series though? i don't know if i've got room in my schedule (or dvr) for another full-time commitment. good grief. my social life is quite sad, no? hah!

Oh.my.god. I say the previews for "the Cougar" and I cringed. I mean REALLY!?!?! That woman must be on crack to do that show.

I saw previews for The Cougar. I haven't seen but I have to admit... I would've done the same thing you did if I saw it as I was flipping channels. I would've watched it! The "cougar" is really pretty, she looks young.
