80 Degrees or Snow

Yes, we have snow today!! It has actually been coming down pretty heavy since about 8:30. Will it stick? No. It won't stick because this time last week is was in the 80's!! I thought Texas had some crazy weather. Oklahoma is the worst!! Everyone is getting allergies and colds. Our Elton dog is even coughing! Lucikly, I've managed thus far (knock on wood) to stay healthy!

I woke up early this morning so husband and I could drop off the new car then I took him to work. We didn't buy the car at the BMW dealership but from here on out, everything we need we go to them. So, I needed to know WHY sometimes the clock on the dashboard shows up and sometimes it doesn't. The guy answered this is about one second. ..it is a button on one of the lever things by the steering wheel. Since I drove 600 miles this past weekend, it was also time for a service! One of the keys also needed a new battery. The best part of this all...BMW covers all cost!! WOOOHOOOOO!! We will get all the details on the warranty and how long it last plus we will be purchasing another one for when their's runs out. I feel glad to know the dealership is less than a mile and they are going to be taking care of us..if needed :)

I need more coffee since I woke up more than an hour ealy and went to bed about 1am. I went by my office and my boss even commented (with great sarcasm) how nice I looked. Yes, I left the house WITHOUT brushing my hair & putting on make-up. I had a fleece, lounge pants and tennis shoes on. Hey, it was sleeting and snowing! If I get warm enough and feel like leaving the house tonight, we may go here! This place has YUMMIE pizza! They just moved to a new location and it is THREE STORIES high!! It use to be kind of a whole in the wall but not anymore!
Savastono's is in a new shopping center that was just built surrounding the Spirit Bank Event Center. The new Chickfila that I previously mentioned is also in this area. All located less than a mile!

Sweet Alyssa gave me this award!! She is super creative and inspires me to want to learn to do more. I WILL learn to sew! I think I'm going to take a class. Has anyone taken a class before??

After visiting my friend Whitney's store, Park Street Market, I think her and her mom deserve creative awards! Her mom, Mrs.Cathy makes all kinds of great things! They are very crafty!! Whitney does photography too!

So glad the weekend is almost here! I just wish we were going to have warm spring-like weather!!! We have a wedding this weekend, a couple's shower next weekend and another wedding the following weekend. Speaking of, I need to pick up all the dresses I took to get altered! Hopefully I will like them now and they won't be hanging in my closet for even more years without getting worn!
