Lovin' Pretty Days

Today was SUCH a pretty day here! There have been a lot of VERY cold days in the past few weeks with very blue skies. Regardless, I like a blue sky. Today though, was a warm day with blue a bright blue sky! It definitely made me feel like it was spring time. I am excited and ready for spring and summer. It seems to have been a long winter!

Today, I signed up a client to start services with my company. I work with seniors and I have caregivers that come to their homes and help them. I left the family's home and went by my office. The phone rang and it was the client's wife letting us know he passed not long after I left. How sad is that?! He was just about to get into the shower when I was there. His nurse was also there and she said when she arrived that morning that she felt he was going and that he just wasn't "there" anymore. It made me sad. Then, I looked at the blue sky.

Another sad note, Baby Cora went to Heaven yesterday. I am so heart broken for her family but they are all in God's hands and we should say a prayer for them!

After work I went to Wal-Mart where I somehow managed to walk around for an hour. I didn't even buy much. After, I went by Brent's sister's for a glass of wine. Brent got home from the gym and I cooked and we watched the Bachelor. I like Melissa and I would like for her to win! I STILL CANNOT believe DeAnna is coming back. I can't wait to see what happens. Should be interesting.

Look who I also caught enjoying the wonderful weather. I'm sure he wishes he was outside though. I think we may try the walk-a-day thing again soon!

This is random but I think Brent and I are going to remove our jacuzzi tub in our master bath and make a big master closet! I am SO excited about it and cannot wait to have someone come talk to me and give me an estimate. Though we like to take baths, we just don't utilize that tub like we could a closet. We are both hot water stingy and once the hot water is done, we are outta there! So, right now we have a closet on each side of our tub. I hope to remove the tub and only have one closet door and a big closet that combines the two and connects where the tub is! If you know me, you know I have a lot of clothes. I come across ones I don't want or need daily..but I still have other stuff I need to put in a closet...sheets, blankets, etc. Yay! I'm also having an estimate on our tile. We did a lot of things to our home when we moved in but nothing could be done quickly with the tile that is messed up. So, we are going to try something out soon! I'll keep you all updated.
