Since I work outside the majority of the day I must keep something on my lips! It is sometimes a pain because the wind blows my hair into it. However, it's better than having crusty lips! These are my favorite right now!
Bigelow's Mentha lip... I LOVE it and use it all the time. 
I love Chanel's lip gloss. I used Force for a few years but they discontinued so now I have Eclipse. It's a bit darker so I wear it more at night
I got this in NYC. It is Kevyn Aucoin. This is the color I have, Tenda (pink). It doesn't look as pinky in my tube or on the lips. Love the sheer.

I've been so so chapped lately too! But my lipstick keeps drying me out. I feel like all the "long lasting" stuff actually makes your lips worse.
Def have to recommend the Lifeguarding Burt's Bees chapstick (with the red cap.) Works fabulousss. :)
