First shot postponed till next moth (female post)

As you see above I've decided to indicate whether or not I'll be talking about something a male might not want to hear, haha. Good thinking?

I meant to put this in the post below. I was scheduled to get my first shot this past Thursday. However, I woke up in the worst pain and had started my cycle..keep in mind I've never had pain/cramps, etc during a cycle. The first thing I did when I stood up was barf (is throw up a better word?) When I throw up, I cry. Brent dreads those tears, they are the worst. I call the doctor and they say I cannot get the shot while in cycle so they would move it until Jan 8th. It seems as though I wasn't warned of the pain I'd be enduring with the period(s) after my surgery. They went ahead and had me to start the birth control and take meds for pain. Since I started the birth control, I'm struggling to keep food down. Oh, the joys of being a female.

I still cry when I watch Miracle on 34th street...it is on right now.
