December snuck up

I was thinking yesterday..most of the day, that I could not believe it was already December! It seems like it was just July the other day! Time REALLY flies. I've never been big on new year's resolutions. I don't know why, I just never pick one thing and then I could make a full list. Maybe this year, I'll have a few. Do you?

Today is Tuesday. A few days since I've posted. Maybe I'll do a few today. Brent and I went to our friends Roy and Andra's for the OU/OSU game on Saturday night. It was a good game. Though I have not mentioned the Razorbacks much this season, I still love them. They have just had a hard time. We got to watch the LSU/Ark game on TV over Thanksgiving and hopefully we are that good next year!

On Sunday, I went to lunch with Tallee and Cameron and then watched movies. I bought FOUR new release..previously viewed movies from Blockbuster. They even guarantee them. If they don't work, you can bring em back! I don't know if sitting at a pub table over lunch for two hours is bad..but my tummy hurt for the rest of the day :( It isn't a sick hurt, it is a inside pain hurt.

On top of that, yesterday was my first day back to work. My car didn't want to start because it had just been sitting for 11 days. It finally did. Of course I couldn't go full force either because getting in and out of my car 10-15 times in a day just isn't logical yet. Just when I'm feeling good, I have to sit up or down...so therefore, I just keep thinking and waiting for my post appt on Friday. Good thing my hips are big because they held up my slacks without them being buttoned haha. I wore my comfy green slacks too...and got compliments! It was VERY much a wintery day yesterday. It snowed a little on Sunday and Monday. I was planning to make tomato soup and grill cheeses for dinner last night. My brother and Brent work out then a few nights a week we all eat dinner together. I talked to Jamie, and she was in the process of making tortilla soup, so she brought it over instead! So, I did the grill cheeses and she did the soup :) Today is very pretty and sunny but I see more soup in our future!

Christmas decorations are still going up! I put some up the week before last but I still needed a few things! I'll post pictures when they are all done. We leave for NYC next Thursday! YAY!

How is Heidi Klum STILL so hot. She is on Regis and Kelly this morning. I think she just said she had been doing the VS fashion/Christmas show for 11 years. WOW huh!
