Hello friends and Happy Thanksgiving week 🙂
Of course it has been a while since I have written. I just can’t remember on a daily basis as if it were my email, facebook or myspace. Those have now been apart of life for what seems to be years. Perhaps someday this will be too!
So, it is Thanksgiving week. I am sitting at work on the computer today (Wednesday) doing nothing. I’m not use to sitting in an office anymore…rather boring. Tomorrow we will go to Brent’s Aunt’s for lunch, then by his dad’s for snacks, then to his mom & step-dad’s for appetizers and desserts at night. So my day should be full of food and drinks. The scary part is we are planning to wake up and leave town by 8am on Friday morning. I want to beat the traffic and get home in time to shop with my shopping mother. We will spend the weekend in Texarkana with my family. On Saturday, I have Amy’s Bridal shower…then, we will leave early Sunday morning because I have Kristen’s Bridal shower on Sunday in Tulsa.
My life has been consumed by weddings, bridal showers, couple’s showers, bachelorette parties and everything else!!! I LOVE IT!!! I think they are all so fun. I wouldn’t trade the days or the thousands of dollars (at least $600 alone on bridesmaid’s dresses) for ANYTHING in the world 🙂 The times will never come again!
So lets see what else has been going on. We went to our last Razorback football game this season a few weekends ago. Sad that is over. It was a wonderful time. We still plan to visit Fayetteville regularly. We’ve attended some wonderful weddings. Halloween was fun as always…Brent was a cow and I was a cowgirl. We hung out with our little nieces. Speaking of, baby Taylor, the youngest one, went into the hospital last night with pnemonia. So, pray for her 🙁 It was so sad.
Well I better get going. More soon! I’ll upload a few pics to go along with this post later! Have a HAPPY THANKSGIVING!! 🙂 LOVE ~ Megan
“I will have poetry in my life. And adventure. And love. Love above all. No… not the artful postures of love, not playful and poetical games of love for the amusement of an evening, but love that… over-throws life. Unbiddable, ungovernable – like a riot in the heart, and nothing to be done, come ruin or rapture. Love – like there has never been in a play..” – Gwyneth Paltrow
